The selective supply
The process begins with the selection of the highest quality French grapes exclusively harvested from the most prestigious French vineyards such as Burgundy, Champagne, Rhône Valley, Languedoc Roussillon, Loire Valley, Bordeaux and Beaujolais.
Ten French white and red vines such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Gamay, Ugni Blanc, Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon are selected to get the perfect aromatic richness.
Each French vines’ unique features are genuinely revealed in the wines eaux-de-vie ensuring the smoothness and authenticity of St-Rémy. For instance, Chardonnay brings floral and fruity aromas while Pinot noir brings consistency and finesse to the eaux-de-vie.
